The new year's got some new things brewing...

What I think of Form 1:

New school sucks. It's padang is abnormally big(not to mention WET) and it's INCREDIBLY HUGE. H.U.G.E. But I'm OK with it. Form 1 isn't too hard... everyone whose not from SKTM1(Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Taman Melawati Satu) or SKTM2. I have a classmate whose also the monitor of my class who lives DIRECTLY behind my house. At least I can finally be in the same school with her. Lol.

New people I know:

Classmates:

Divya, Yudishtri, Goh Wen Ju, Chan Tuck Foke, Christopher Ryan De Lima, Ariff Hamdi, Shanker, S. Pallavaraya, T. Ramesh, Irfan, Alias Iskandar, Imran, etc.

S. Pallavaraya (YA LONG NAME ISNT IT!) and T. Ramesh are from the Tamil school located right next to my new school. Poor poor Pallavaraya(Pallavan) is POOR. He has to use SPBT books. SPBT stands for Skim Pinjaman Buku Teks.

[Mum] SPBT is a PRIVILEGE for teachers' children! You don't have to spend money on your textbooks, you just get them for free and then give them back at the end of the year!

[Me] OK Then. That's really nice. Shouldn't everyone be able to do that? Cool. Books for free. I'm up for it.

After I got the books...

I forgot one little thing...
WTF THESE BOOKS ARE SOOOOOOOOOOO OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY'RE LITERALLY FALLING OFF THEIR COVERS!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY'RE OLD!!!!!!!! THEY'RE IN HORRIBLE CONDITION! PEOPLE WILL THINK I'M POOR!!! AND WORST OF ALL... SOMEONE'S ALREADY CONTENGED ON THEM!!!!!!!! WAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But mum REFUSES. She says I'll take it NEXT YEAR too. Hrrrgh.

Summary on Form 1 subjects and teachers:

My class: 1 Amanah(highest)
Class teacher: Puan Aminah (Meh, first class theacher I've had that only teaches one subject. lol)

BM[Bahasa Melayu]: OK la... Same ony... What's the damn point of reading Meniti Kaca and Sehijau Warna Daun anyway?
BI[Bahasa Inggeris]: EASY. English, Mathematics and Science have to do this orientation thingy called OPSME. I don't know what da heck it's for but it's the easiest work I've ever done. I could have gotten everything right at age 4.
MATH[Mathematics]: OK lah... NOT doing stuff in vertical form/standard written form/bentuk lazim (Combined Operations) can be a bother. But it's OK. My math teacher gave us almost the whole of Combined Operations and told us she'd be away for the rest of the week. OK. Better finish it... :(
SEJ[Sejarah]: I think this is gonna be my favorite subject. It's really nothing but notes. Writing is fun. I like it.
GEO[Geografi]: I DON'T KNOW HOW RO LIKES THIS SUBJECT!!! It's the hardest(no, make it weirdest) subject I've ever learned!!! But whatever.
KHBPK/PDG/Perdagangan/?[KH-Kemahiran Hidup]: It's OK. Don't know about project work though. :(
SCI[Science]:This is also still in orientation. So summary of what I think is To Be Announced(TBA).
SIV[Sivik dan Kewarganegaraan]: What's the point of learning this anyway?
PSV[Pendidikan Seni Visual]: We haven't had a single lesson of this subject for the whole month. Yay!!!
PM[Pendidikan Moral]: We haven't really gotten far. Nothing yet.
PJK[Pendidkan Jasmani dan Kesihatan]: This is OK too. CIKGU JOHAN LET'S US PJ IN DA RAIN! COOL!!!
ICT[Literasi Komputer]:It's OK.

Teachers:

BM: Puan Aminah
-She remids me of my standard 5 class teacher, Puan Fakhriah. I think she's like a secondary school version of her. I think she's gonna make form 1 heaven too.
SCI & SIV: Puan Voon Mee Ying
-She's OK. My brother knew her in his days at the school, but didn't really interact with her. She never taught him anything. Too bad.
BI: Cikgu Paridah Abu Bakar:
-She's OK. She has the traditional Malay mistake of not knowing where to place the letter 's' in plural/etc. words in English. But she's OK all the same.
KHBPK: Cikgu Siti Sukartina Shukri (Cikgu Sugartina/Sugartin)
-Meh, friends thought up the nickname. She's nice. Good so far.
PJK: Cikgu Johan
-He must be the kindest PJ teacher I ever had. HE LETS US PJ IN DA RAIN!!! COOL!!!
PSV: ???
-Hehe, no teacher yet.
MATH: Puan Azzila
-What horrendously bad luck. Puan Azzila also happens to be the PENYELARAS DISIPLIN. Aw...
SEJ: Cikgu Mohammad Radzi Hussin
-He's OK. Don't really know what he's like. Must get to know him for a month or two.
GEO & ICT: Cikgu Yusazlin bt. Mohd Nor
-She's pretty strict but OK.
