Singapore blog post!

Yes, everyone who reads this post, this is my first Singapore post.

...So what about it?

Fine, I'll blog about Singapore... Or, in this case, rant about the differences between Singapore and Malaysia.

Singapore and Malaysia are very much alike, yet so different from one another.

Singapore doesn't have as many crazy weirdoes as there are in Malaysia. (Or am I wrong? XD)

Singapore is extremely clean compared to Malaysia.

Singapore has reckless drivers. I mean, I try to cross a road and everytime, I get honked at by a taxi coming from, like, a kilometer away that would've killed me if I had walked just one step further. In Malaysia, if anyone sees someone on a road, the person driving immediately slows down and gives the person time to cross, particularly if the person is a Senior citizen. Ahh, Malaysians have more etiquette and manners. Lol

Singapore has far more clubbing facilities, liquor shops, bars, pubs, fine dining restaurants, etc. because of the halal factor. OK, I can understand why alcohol isn't halal, and pork...can be disgusting at times, but why dogs? DOGS! DOGS!!! How in the world can someone possibly not want to pet such a cute little doggy? I love Ginger and Travis, the cutest dogs in their respective countries.

I walked Travis twice already today. He's so cute, yet so weird. I wonder if all dogs are weird that way...

Singapore is so nice, especially the nice apartment I'm staying in with Kevin & Ashwinni, Aunty Uma, Uncle Gilbert, Travis, Hermi, Ganesh atan(temporary) and my bro(temporary, like me).

Because it's so scenic and peaceful...
And you can just relax on the balcony in the quiet...
With the nice wind blowing and all...

And there's also nice river scenery when I walk Travis. The wind is blowing and there's a beautiful view of the river. There's only ONE thing I regret on this trip...

Now on to the various goings-on in Singapore...

Arrived yesterday at night.
There was nothing on yesterday night... Except for a dinner with many different relatives, and a particularly dramatic Asaimama babbling about how Hasheeni machal "ruined her life" and "hasn't completed her education", as my sources tell me. For I don't listen to the talk of the relatives. Lol.

In conjuction with a certain occasion, a certain event will be held by the relatives who are in Singapore to the primary source of this event. What occasion? What kind of event? What source? Hehe... More info in my next post.

Also, tomorrow, I and my family are to watch a play in which my cousin, Kevin, is acting as a main character. Ever heard of Nicholas Nickelby by Charles Dickens? Yeah, well, it's a play. I brought some wonderful batik silk clothes just for that particular occasion. The play will be 5 hours long(yes, FIVE HOURS long) because it is the last show and a combination of both Parts I and II on the same day. There's gonna be a dinner break inbetween, thank goodness. Poor Kevin, I bet he'll be quite happy when this whole play thing is over.

And then, the next day, the DS Lite will be sent for repairs, which will cost S$80 and will take 4-8 weeks. Then, we shall be off and on our way back to KL, our wonderful glorious hometown, the Malaysian metropolis. And within which we shall find Taman Melawati, the location of my house.

I can't wait for the DS Lite to be repaired! But, other than that, I have to buy, or at least check the price of, some DS Lite accessories while I'm still in Singapore...

I have to check the price of Nintendo DS Lite Ice Blue styli, because I want to buy two more. Other than that, I want to buy the Nintendo DS Headset to allow for clearer voice communication and, if I'm in public, people won't be wondering what I'm doing by slyly whispering into my DS Lite, like I'm a weird Fr3@Ky technopath or something like that.

Well, anyway, that concludes my very long SIngapore post.
For some reason, I'm getting back into the habit of making longer posts! But the matter of updating daily... Well, that's a different subject altogether. ;)

DSL has hope and surprising album news!

First of all, my DS Lite has hope of repair! XD

I sent an e-mail to Maxsoft Pte Ltd, the authorized Nintendo distributor in Southeast Asia, explaining my problem and asking if they can repair it. They sent a reply saying yes, they will be able to, but I have to go give it to them at their office in Singapore. It'll cost S$80, which is, about RM185.19 or so. It'll take up to TWO MONTHS.

I'm going to Singapore on...OMG I'M GOING TOMORROW?!?!?!? AAAAH!
NOO! I DON'T WANT MY DSL TO BE AWAY FROM ME FOR TWO MONTHS!!!!
2 MONTHS!!!

=(.... *sigh*

Well, it's for the best... For a proper hinge!
No more jealousy of every DSL I see!
Well, if necessary, I can always borrow Ro's... Every collective... LOL

Well, I just got an email saying they can't sell me anything. Too bad. And I so wanted to buy one too... But they said they're open Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. I wonder how I'm going to fit THAT into my tight Singapore schedule?
It's too bad I'll be DS Lite-less for the whole length of the holidays. =(
And it'll take 4-8 weeks....

Oh yeah, I went to the original and official Nintendo stall thingy in Mid Valley. In Sungei Wang, DSLs cost only 550 or less. In this place, they cost 650.

Well, we went to watch Enchanted! It's so funny!
One of the funny parts is when Pip the chipmunk tries to portray what Nathaniel is up to.

And the other one is when the queen becomes a dragon and is climbing the tower, Giselle comes there with a sword, and the queen says: "Hmm, looks like we've got another twist to our story!" Then she looks at Robert and says: "So I guess you're the damsel in distress, huh, handsome?"
I was like AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! lol

Other than that... In the music world...

Jordin Sparks has released her new album, entitled...Jordin Sparks.

It has like 14 tracks, among them most are nice but the 3 known singles are the best.
This Is My Now - We all knew about this one LONG ago.
Tattoo - A nice song. The chorus sounds just a little bit like the chorus of Umbrella.
No Air - A duet with... Chris Brown! A nice, slow song! One of the few types of slow songs than I adore. Though it hasn't officially been released as a single, it's climbing up the charts in America.

Blake Lewis has also released his new album, A.D.D. (Audio Day Dream).

He only has one single as of yet, Break Anotha.
But since I wasn't able to download that album, I have no idea how anything sounds. Even on Ares, I can't seem to find it.

But he is influenced by popular things like Duran Duran(WHO?) and Maroon 5 and MICHAEL JACKSON!!! =D

So I really want to hear his songs. If anyone has his album, please lend me for a while! I have to listen to it!

OMG I FEEL IN THE MOOD TO BLOG!!!

I haven't felt that way in months!!!

Well, anyway, over the last two days, I went to the recently-opened Pavillion and Mid Valley Megamall.

First, I went to Pavillion with my mom and dad.
Well, the Pavillion GSC looks SOOO COOL!
But, the thing is..
This cinema's just been opened, so they're now only playing mostly old movies...
So, if you wanna watch and be reminiscent, like Pirates of the Carribean 2 or 3, Spider-Man 1, 2, or 3, Ratatouille, Transformers, then, that cinema is the place for you. But seriously, Transformers is one of the best movies I've watched all year. THE best, of course, is Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

Well, to cut a long story short, the Pavillion is a perfect place for you if you're an extremely shopping-addicted tourist from one of the most lavishly expensive countries in the world who loves to go to a mall filled with nothing but designer shops and great(ly expensive) restaurants. All the clothes shops there have designer labels and the lowest price is a few hundred ringgit for some clothing, or around that sort. I found the Billabong bag and pencilbox of my dreams (<3), but the bag cost RM214 and the pencilbox cost RM50.

Basically, we went there to do almost nothing.

We went shopping, or, at least, my dad bought something.

Well, basically, it was a whole afternoon of nothing but eating, walking, and WiFi.

Pavillion has a great WiFi signal. First time I've been able to connect in months. Or, second time I've been able to connect. XD

Well, there was nothing interesting for me because as you very well know, I only like training Uber Legendaries like Dialga and Palkia so there weren't any nice battles for me. Besides, I need to go read a WiFi FAQ because I have no idea how to use most of the WiFi functions. I HAVE to get some sort of USB WiFI adapter...

Well...

The GTS was strange. Some of the requests are seriously unreasonable.

Like, there was this guy, he had offered a Spheal. And you know what he wanted? A Lv100 Articuno. Yes, Lv100.

So, I'm gonna go read up on WiFi so I can make good use of it next time! Goodness knows, I might even get to battle a YouTube friend! Right now, I'm EV Training a Beldum that I just hatched. I'm gonna make a nice Metagross. I'm gonna make a team filled with non-legendaries just for battling purposes and for battling purposes only! XD

And also, the next day we went to Mid Valley. It was very nice. I went with Rovinea, my cousin who's the same age as me. We went mainly to watch Bee Movie. But we als got side-tracked. We did many other things.

Like shop. And shop. And shop. (THE HORROR!) XD

Well, we watched Bee Movie.

Bee Movie is a nice, funny movie, but it's not one of those movies that you want to watch over and over again. It's one of those movies that you just watch once, like, and never watch again. You'll only keep talking about it till a new great movie comes out.

Well, we also went to Pets Wonderland.

THE DOGS WERE SO CUTE!

It was a fenced area, though. There were two Golden Retriever puppies, two Beagle puppies, some sort of Husky, and a Shih-Tzu!

They were all so cute!!!

They let the Shih Tzu out to run around for people to pet. IT WAS SOOO CUTE! I patted it. It had such a small head.

Well, anyway, I have to go now.

I'm so sad..

I'm so sad because I just suffered from 5 days of viral fever. Today is an extremely blissful day -- recovery day for me!

But there's just one thing that ruins it all.

I have a type of acute tonsillitis, which means bacterial inflammation of the tonsil(s?). Coincidentally, Wikipedia said that the acute tonsillitis may cause sore throat or FEVER, BOTH of which I had a five-day attack. The doc said it was viral, but now she knows it's bacterial.


Well, now I know I've FINALLY recovered, because of this horrible thing, I can't eat any food that is oily, spicy, contains santan, etc. I am only restricted to eat things like porridge, butter, bread, etc. However, ... I had brownies today. I'm going to have more. And ice cream too. =)

That fever was horrible. I mean, my temperature was at like 100-104 degrees Fahrenheit. It was horrible. Every time I was in a place with the fan or air cond. on (particularly air cond), I would start shivering, experiencing intensely uncomfortable heat on all areas of my head including neck, face, everywhere, and everywhere else in my body, as well as experience horrible, horrible, bitter cold in my hands and feet. I was shivering uncontrollably every night. Sponging felt like a nightmare.

Since using computer and playing electronic equipment makes you heaty, my mom restricted me from computer and GBA/DS/PSP/Naruto/etc. It was horrible. She only allowed the TV to embrace my tech-craving self.

That was the worst fever I've ever had, 2nd only to Dengue (Denggi). I'm SOOOO happy I've recovered from it, but the horrible tonsillitis and the horrible diet the doc requested is now boring my mind in half.

How would you feel, if you just recovered from fever, not being able tot aste or eat anything good, and then recover, only to find that you're restricted to an even worse diet? It just isn't right! It just isn't right!!!

It was the first time of my life I went to McDonalds feeling dissatisfied. But there is a good reason. What is it? The only thing I bought because of tonsillitis is ... Bubur.Ayam.Mc.D. It tasted almost tasteless and was the worst McDonalds thing I have ever had in my life compared to all the other things.

It was the first time in my life that I went to McDonalds and didn't have some oily goodness.

It was horrible. Horrible. Horrible!

Well, I now have to take an incredible amount of medicine, including painkillers (AAAAH! I'M SCARED OF BECOMING A DRUG ADDICT) and 2 different types of antibiotics, one is scarily smooth, and the other type, which I take 2 of, have HORRIBLE aftertaste. It also includes an extremely bitter gargling (kumur) liquid which is not only horrible in taste, it haunts the mouth for like, 2 hours after gargling. Ugh.

Well, I only discovered this tonsillitis yesterday when we went to see the doc. My mom and me were surprised (and so was my grandma) at the fact that all the medicine had already been finished and I still suddenly had a fever attack, even though I was feeling a bit less sick at the time.

So we went to the doctor. Fortunately, she was the same one who treated me last time, and the same one who treated my cousin last time, when he had the same horrible virus, which, I believe, duplicated itself and sent itself flying to me. =(

Well, she looked at my mouth through the torclight and said "Oh God". I was thinking (WHAT NOW????) and she had to say what she did. Now I can't eat good stuff and I just recovered!!!

I really do hate this sickness. Plus, it's in the beginning of the holidays AND in the middle of Mrs Ng's scariest wrath yet! I missed two extremely PMR-important lessons concerning directed numbers and will now have to face the extreme homework that is consequences!!! AAAH! And when my mom called Mrs Ng and informed her, she said not to worry, I'm a fast learner.

ME? A FAST LEARNER?
Well, yeah. With her, maybe. But DEFINITELY not in Sejarah. And unfortunately, because of this horribleness, I can't go and see Leela's dance performance, which many others, including Komal, Jaipreet, Nahrend(perhaps), etc. and families should be attending. =( I really wanted to see her dance, seeing as the only person I know who I've ever seen in a dance performance is Laksh.

Well, I like this post, because it's longer than any of my posts in the past 2-3 months.

Well, anyways, back to the topic. I have another doc appointment this Saturday morning. Hopefully I'll be completely recovered by then.


Because of this horrible sickness, already some holiday experiences were prevented from my having. Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's descendants came to MPO to perform and I couldn't go because of the horrible fever! Plus, they sang my 3 most favourite Qawwalis! (Other than 'Celebrate, She Is Here' that is.) They not only performed Allah Hu, but they also performed Dam Must Qalandar and Ali Maula Ali Ali!!! AAAHAAA!!! And I couldn't go!!!

Aw... Why couldn't those people have had their performances the following week?

And the sickness was also preventing people from coming to my house, thus, now, I shall invite two people as of current: Laksh and Ro! Other people for invite: Alias (not sleepover, stay).

Laksh, Ro and I are gonna make brownies, my mom and Kak Wani contributing most, me trying to mix everything I can get my hands on, Laksh doing anything else needed, me licking the bowl like the mad pig I am (LOL) after the cake goes into the microwave, all of us hogging the beautyfull batch or brownies/cakes/muffins/cupcakes we made. (Note the deliberate mispelling 'beautyfull.)

Shippuden makes it greatER to know what is in the future for the characters.

But it would be a lot better if you watch Shippuden only after you finish Naruto.

Besides, Naruto is the beginning part of the story. Shippuden follows on until the end I think.

Naruto is an idiot now but he'll become less idiotic soon.

Lol, sorry...

I jsut enjoy reading the manga too.

But watching the anime is better, of course. Because though it takes much longer and though there are really annoying fillers, in the anime, you get to see all the fighting action taking place!

Like the Sarutobi vs Orochimaru fight, Sasuke vs Gaara, Sannin Battle, etc.

The songs are all very nice. My favorite song in the whole entire movie is You Can't Stop The Beat by Nikki Blonsky, Zac Efron, Amanda Bynes, Elijah Kelley, John Travolta and Queen Latifah.

Though every character in the movie with a name sings, there is no number featuring every single one of them. But You Can't Stop The Beat is the greatest. It's the last song in the movie.

Went to 1 Utama to see Vince and Jac perform their version of You Are The Music In Me. Their performance was nice. They sing just as well on stage as they do on their CDs.*coughAvrilcough*
They also autographed my HSM2 Soundtrack CD! =D

I didn't bring my camera, so I had to ask one of the people there to help me take it with my (hopeless camera) phone. VGA pic. The pic is good, but the quality is HORR-I-BLE.

POSTERS ARE ONLY GIVEN AS FREE GIFTS TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO JUST BOUGHT THEIR HSM2 SOUNDTRACK CD THEN AND THERE. Grrr...
I mean, do they even KNOW how many people actually brought their OWN CD to get it autographed? So I couldn't get a (beautiful) poster...
But still, got autographs and pics so I'm happy.

Post-merdeka enjoyment!

Our school had a terribly un-fun Merdeka celebration.

There were performances, on which I shall elaborate.

There was a sajak, which no-one cared about, there were two female singing duets, thie first was quite nice and the second didn't even really get anyone's full and undivided attention. The MICs, or some of them, did a performance. With two dholaks and one females and many males, it was almost completely unclear. And no-one except some VERY few--understood what they were singing. I RECOGNIZED THE SECOND SONG. Raghupathi ragava raja ram, pathita pavana Sita Ram... I was like..."OK...."

That was weird. Then there was a really long, but really nice performance by the Seni Silat Gayung Unit Beruniform.

That, in my opinion, was the best performance. And then, there were songs. It was annoying because the piano player got into a fight and couldn't play piano properly. So, it was delayed(I think). We didn't have Jalur Gemilang. Nor Negaraku. Nor school song. Nor Duli Yang Maha Mulia.

And there was this fat IDIOT who sat there next to some pengawas, waving those flags with candy filled in their sticks(?). He was so STUPID! He was waving a huge flag at the end and it got caught in Ainsley's shoelace. XD

And one of the flag wavers also whacked Cheong. LOL.

Overall, a day quite good for a school day. We only actually did work for BM, and since Moral was so little people(girls had to go to dewan), we could do anything we wanted!

There's something big about the last Harry Potter book that I would like to tell you all. Well, did you know that Arthur Weasley was supposed to have died in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix?

And Joanne Rowling said that Dean Thomas has a very interesting history. She also said that since Lord Voldemort has been killed, the Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher at Hogwarts will be permanent.


She'll be making an encyclopedia with things she had never revealed before. Like what happens to the new generation of Hogwarts students and more. Also revealing Hogwarts's new Head.

Today was a good day.

My mum and I went to the Creative shop in Carrefour Bukit Jalil and it was so weird. It was a shop with a weird door on an almost completely-deserted fifth floor.

Well, they managed to repair my headphones, but only just. They did repair it, but without the rubber piece band-or-something thingy that was there when I first bought it. Well, it turns out that headphones like mine are hard to repair and so when we got home my bro restored it back to its usual(spoiled) condition.

Other than that, my ZEN can and will be repaired! I dunno how much it'll cost, but I think it's likely to come back in a week.

Well, on the other end of the bright side, the headphones will be given to my bro or mum for their personal usage, since they both prefer it to earphones. However, since earphones are so common or whatever, the guy gave us a pair of earphones for free just by my constantly pestering my mum to get them! So now I have a pair of brand new white earphones!

Ah, so nice...

On more goodness, I now have a brand new printer! Made by Canon, this beautiful printer can double as a scanner and photocopier! I have no idea how it scans or photocopies, though...just mastered the basics as of yet...
AND THIS WAY...MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!(pardon me) I SHALL NEVER HAVE TO PRINT AND OR PHOTOSTAT EXPENSIVELY AT ADVANCO AGAIN!!!

Ahh...Sweet printer. Sweet, sweet, beautiful, hi-tech printer...

And next to that, my mum got us a new house phone. It's a white version of the one we've got downstairs, only cheaper and better. And it's screen lights up too. Which makes it much easier to use. So, now, the horrible, horrible other cordless phone that's really old and that I saw in my KH textbook(!) will be replaced by the beautiful, easy-to-press white beauty.

So now, that telephone's being put on the other end, my dad's side of the bed, so now it will be at least put to some use. But still, it's not a good idea as phones put on that side often seem to have the noises of the modem in them...

Well, I'll be using whitey every moment I'm upstairs though, because my mum has done something incredible!

Now, I can call and talk for hours and hours and hours on fixed local landline numbers for FREE!!! And on weekends, I can talk endlessly to the fixed landline numbers of people who are outstation too! Which means brilliance in it's entirety! Thank you so much, *insert name of company here*!!!!!

Ah... In the meantime, Alias is enjoying his cousin's PS2, which he got yesterday. His parents won't let him have one himself because they're gonna buy him and his many sisters a PS3. I'm in not a state of jealousy at all, for my DS Lite and ZEN are all I need.

But he says he already reserved the DS Lite cover for me(how that's humanly possible, I DON'T KNOW), so I'd better get someone to fix it fast! Though that's the elast of my concerns at the moment. He'd better reserve me a new DS Lite once and for all... I can't be paying RM200 by RM200 repairing the DS Lite every year...

There are some consistent changes or factors or whatever with my exam marks this year.
My Sejarah marks have been decreasing all year. ='( I can't help it! I don't care about all that stuff! And even when I really DO try and concentrate, and even when thy royal distractor(ALIAS) is not there, I forget what I learn the very next day!
My Geo marks decrease too. My marks were 76, but got changed to 80.
My BM marks have been increasing all year (OMGOMGOMG THANKS PN ROBIAH!!!)
My Science marks have been 80-something all year. (...)
My Maths marks have been 90-something all year!(OMG THANKS MRS NG!!!)
My Moral marks have been increasing all year!(NO thanks to Puan Murugajah, he doesn't really teach anything, Moral's just plain old general knowledge, like Sivik.)
Well...

I happen to like my marks. My class position's been increasing all year too.

What happened today...

...is really disappointing.

Today, Tuesday, 14th August 2007, I had a Grade 3 Piano Exam(Practical) at Impiana Hotel KLCC. Summary... Piano learners should/would/may(?) be familiar with exams if they've had them before.

The wait was 30 minutes.

The place was COLD.

Well, summary as follows...

My examiner was a British man.

He seemed a cheerful, decent person. However, one cannot judge a book by his cover...

Scales
He asked me to play only so few scales, which I felt was a waste, after my efforts to get them all exactly right before the exam, succeeding in every one, he only asked me to play a little bit of each. With my first scale (A major with both hands), I made a bit of a mistake. The cold in my hands seemed to condense into sweat that sort of hindered my progress.

Pieces
1st: A1: Hornpipe
Good overall.

2nd: B2: Waldvoglien (Little Woodland Bird)
Good overall. Maybe a TINY mistake somewhere but OK.

3rd: B3: Bonny Bobby Bluetoe
Good overall too, but the ending chorus was not right, although it did SOUND OK.

Sight Reading
I don't wanna talk about it... But for my readers... I will...
Ignored the key signature COMPLETELY...
Out of time...
Repeated a bit(maybe a LOT)...
Playing OK at first but...

Had lunch at a place called Hot Mama (????????????????????) in Sungei Wang. The place looks nice, with a weird twist to it. And it's all orange. I had a set of Sizzling Sweet Sour Fish and rice with some black seeds of unknown origin in it.

Then, headphones didn't get repaired.

The guy in the Creative shop was like, "Miss, you have to understand..." blablabla.
He said "you have to understand" to me mum at least 5 times in that conversation interrogation.

He said that the shop is only a reseller and they don't have the power to disassemble or repair it.

So we have to go somewhere (perhaps a Carrefour in Bukit Jalil?) and get it repaired there(if they do repair it, that is.)

So, going to Sungei Wang and/or Low Yat was a waste of time except for the food, which we could've gone someplace better (like KFC or BK).

I hate today...

But perhaps...

I SHALL GET MY SOUNDTRACK SOON ENOUGH!!!

Speaking of Mrs. Ng, I'm gonna have to get ready to go to her tuition now...

Got some marks:

KH: 72(highest KH mark in my life!)
BM: 83(first BM A since UPSR!)
Sci: 84(same as mid-year)
English: 93(same as March exam)
Math: 95

Highest KH mark in class was, I think, 84 or higher. Highest BM mark was Ariff/Manggis/Asma, who got 93(jealousy). Highest Sci mark was Rahulan, I think, with 90-something. Highest English mark was Amir, who got 98(FURIOUS) and then Jaipreet with 95(MORE FURIOUS!) then me. Highest Maths mark was Aiman and Ariff/Asma/Manggis(ERUPTION!) with 98.

Wanted to beat Ariff, but wait! There's still hope! There's always Moral!

I just went to Sungei Wang/Low Yat and did some stuff. The main goals couldn't be achieved but some side-quests were accomplished.

OTHER than it being unrepairable, my DS lite also has a WiFi problem. When I was in Borders, from outside oso can connect to the tiny Starbucks inside. After trying about a MILLION TIMES IN the Starbucks place at Low Yat, STILL CANNOT. One time, DS Lite says: "Connection successful." Then *goes to GTS* "Unable to connect to Nintendo WFC." ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the worst part is...
Someone was sitting OUTSIDE the place and guess what? He was happily playing with A WHITE DS LITE. WAAH!!!!!! EVRYTHIN GOT PROBLEM!!!!

Also...

The ZEN isn't working AGAIN.

With the camera thing and the Microsoft Office thing out of the way, I can do most school work and other things easily. Well, but the only problem now is that I don't have a printer...
But, maybe I can use my mum's for now...

Or, otherwise, I could always use my ZEN(if it agrees with the Advanco Computers, that is).
I SERIOUSLY need to get my DS Lite repaired. I mean, whenever I turn it upside down, it just opens. It's scary for people who own DS Lites. When I put it back the right way up, the hinge swings the top part of the system to close with a deafening THUD that sounds as if it may break the top part off. =(

And, also, having an improper hinge makes gameplay MUCH, MUCH, MUCH more annoying. Like, it becomes hard to play while lying down. For example, imagine this scene:

You're playing Pokemon Emerald, trying to catch Rayquaza. Trying to catch it. Desperately throwing Ultra Balls and whatever other Poke Balls you have, being careful not to touch the Master Ball. And since your DS Lite has a hinge problem, you have to hold the hinge up with your left index finger FOR THE WHOLE BATTLE, or AS LONG AS YOU WANNA PLAY lying down. Ugh. I would HATE that.

Folios are out-of-date, as usual.

KH folio passed up already, but I have to redo it because I got a B for Modul 1.1, 1.2 and 1.4. WAAH!!!

Sejarah folio haven't started. But I DO have the resources, though. I shall begin and end in the blink of an eye, or in the Flash of a Poke Ball! MUAHAHA!!!

As for the Moral folio...
I don't really understand how to do it, but yet I have this weird sense in my body that keeps me believing that I know what to do. Maybe my mind's jsut in denial that it's that easy to do, but that long to make.

Moral folio deadline is Saturday.

Well, I shall do them both on Saturday and Sunday. Since Moral teacher is stricter than Sejarah teacher, Moral is my first priority. Sejarah will come in later only. But I know EXACTLY what to do for the Sejarah folio.

Moral is just general knowledge. All I have to do is Bergotong-Royong Membersihkan Halaman Rumah. All I'll do is get someone to take photos while I (pretend to)clean the front of my house! Muahaha! It's a genius scheme which everyone who did the Moral folio would have did and thought of long, long, long ago!


As for the Sivik folio...

I don't really know what we're supposed to do for the said folio, maybe just biographize how we gotong-royong. Our group is massive and consists of about 10 different people, which may have gone down to 9, seeing as Ramesh isn't in our group anymore.

I think we're gonna get together at someone's house and do the folio there.

Arrangements+Merentas Desa+Hari Karnival Sukan!

1) Arrangements.

Lol. Previous post title; Arrangments.
Original arrangements remain. Tuition ponteng'd. Steph' house overnite. Laksh sick. T_T
Why now? Why does she HAVE to get sick now???

2) Merentas Desa
The Merentas Desa track of SMKTM is strenuous and EXTREMELY exhausting. The track(guys's one); From SMKTM, go out the front gate, past the bus stop(straight forward from the front main gate) and then along the K Klub to the place where the Sekolah Agama is, then still straight until the pasar kecil area. Turn left and keep walking til the roundabout leading to Hillside Apartments and SKTM1(which ROX!). Then go forward (oredi past the Jln P and field place) and then ... ? Forgot. But even when you FINALLY get back to the school, you have to go ANOTHER WHOLE ROUND! Not around the track again, but around the school area. Then, go to SKTM2(which SUX!)'s checkpoint and then from SKTM2(which still SUX!) go to SMKTM. It was so exhausting. My Rumah Kuning T-Shirt was soaking. So was everyone else's clothes. I had to drink 2 cans of 100 PLUS to quench my thirst.

3)Hari Karnival Sukan!!!
OK. Not much about sukan, which I didn't care about ONE bit. I bought two balloons!! Red one's named Looney, and it's blue bro, Rooney. Young though Rooney, he's MUCH taller than Looney.
There were so many stalls! I had a a stick consisting of 4 marshmallows covered in CHOCOLATE SYRUP from the CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN!!! Mmm! Chocolate covered marshmallows!!! I also had some homemade Lasagna, a piece of Shakey's Pizza(which I haven't had for at least a year!) and some deliciously rich chocolate cake. Mmm! There was this game which was the English club's booth. There was this wooden chair thing with a tied-up basketball net. And someone was supposed to sit on the chair. For RM5(3 shots), you had to throw the ball to hit the water-filled balloon placed on the basketball net, so if you did, the balloon would BURST and the person sitting on the chair thingy would be Dunk'd! Lol. Punk'd-like. I didn't try. For fear that my poor throwing things would result in someone's head being hit by the ball, or some other vital parts of the body.

Oh yeah! I met four of my old friends today!
a) Sharukh Sing
Komal's brother. Sickening though he may be, no-one knows how he got so sick.
b) Dhaavin
Also in Standard 5 like Sharukh, he's really black and has the most Indian accent in SKTM1.
c)Ruth Ho
Ruth, my old friend from SKTM1 is now gonna face UPSR! MUAHAHAHA!!! How much will she get? Nobody knows... It's amazing how different she looks without her school uniform on.
d)Alya Iman!!!
My old friend from SKTM1, and Sarah Roslan's best friend. I got such a pleasant shock when I saw her again! She looks exactly the same, and had to move on to Wangsa Maju school. T_T
Sarah brought her to school for Carnival Day.

Oh yeah!
There was this game, you paid RM5 for 6/7 darts and you threw them at balloons that were stuck on a white styrofoam(is that how you spell it?) board. But first, you had to choose random folded papers that said which balloons should be burst/shot down. (e. g. 1 Red, 1 Blue.) If you burst the rquired balloons, you would win something, also randomly chosen. I chose a shirt a T-shirt that I know will never fit me as long as I live. So I plan on giving it to somebody.

Alias played the game too and won a cream-color cap, which he gave me. There was also a Flying Fox that cost RM5, but I didn't have enough money to do it. =(

I'm wheezing. Why?
I think some of my friends must've given me this cough and wheezing. No cold liao. Thank goodness. I think this is because of none other than SHAUN. He spread the cough to Steph. Laksh spread the cough to me. Shaun spread the wheeze to me. Ugh. Gross too.

I missed a chance to go to Battle Tower Tag Team Mode with Steph! Waah! Why she have to go to Taman Desa 1!!!

Doesn't she know that we're gonna be moving soon and there won't be any Syed to eat at anymore??? Doesn't she know? There won't be any Syed, no ashram anymore... But, I mean, why'd they decide to move? I think our ashram's fine just the way it is. I don't see the need to move. The ashram is, like, my second home, no, wait. It IS my home. It's Laksh's home, Ro's home, Shaarm and Suba's home too! We're gonna miss the old ashram so much. It's times like these when I really wish I had a camera. *sigh*

This virus is a spreading one that kinda slows ur com down.
It also sends spam messages to all of your contacts with a link to a website. The message MAY sound convincing to some individuals(like the one blogging here. *frowns*). If you click the link, you'l end up having the virus too.

Anyways, there's more bad news. I think I'm gonna get a cold. Or maybe I already have one. I have a constant running nose and occasional sneezing.*sneezes right now[for REAL!]*

I'm currently using Aaron's original Pokemon Sapphire as a safari of sorts. I cath what I want, then I migrate them. I have to do some stuff for him in his game, though. He let me migrate his Regirock, Regice and Registeel (which I CAUGHT) to my Diamond. Now I have all 3, and Regigigas as well. =D

On the music side of my life...
More stuff about the Michael Jackson album may be revealed very soon. It is expected for a late 2007/early 2008 release. Rumor has it that the album's title may be either 7EVEN(whatever THAT's supposed to mean), Vengeance or Innocent. will.i.am says that this album will be unlike any other. I hope it really IS that spectacular, and won't come as a blow of disappointment to me like Minutes To Midnight did Steph.

It's also rumored that MJ's begun getting into shape by doing dance rehearsals for his album's debut music video*dances around in glee*! He may also make a TOUR. If he does, I shall get a ticket. Front seats. No matter HOW expensive it may be.

I'm also getting to like Linkin Park very much. Minutes To Midnight isn't such a disappointment to me anymore. I'm actually getting to LIKE the songs, however cheap-skate they may sound. I like:-

Celebrated his b'day and Father's Day yesterday by having a lavish dinner at Chili's KLCC.

I just went for sleepover at the ashram.
On Saturday.
Stayed until Sunday morning.
I slept at 3:45-4:00 am!!!
...But now, like Steph, my body's going on strike too.
I'm not sick, but I can't sleep and wake up late because I want to do homework and computer. Because I have this built-in mechanism which stops me from waking up late on school days.

I played Twister at least 3 times!!!
It was so fun, it hurt!
Twister is the only game I know that's fun, yet torturous.
We also played Pictionary.
I teamed up with Steph. Sashwiny with Jeanette. Wenesia with Vino. Brandon and Joshua.
Steph's drawings are really funny when they're done quickly.
Her rifle made me think it was chocolate on first sight. Lol!

Her bomb looks like a vase with a rose bud in it. Lol.
She couldn't draw smooth, though.

Penulisan: 80-something/100
Pemahaman+Penulisan=119/140.
Percentage total: 78%(marks counted for Latihan and March exam)
BI - Objective: 37/40.
Subjective hasn't been marked yet, so i wouldn't know.
Maths - Objective 38, Subjective also 38. Plus 10 marks from March exam and ??? marks for Exercise.
Science: 86%
Moral - Objective: 24/30
Subjective: 48.5(49)
Total over 80: 73/80.
Have to plus Latihan and March, so I expect an overall A.

So, very good results so far!

But I'm gonna get a G for Sejarah, Seni, Geo, and KH. Not to mention PJ for which I shall get a Z.
